Whistleblowing system
Comply with the whistleblowing Act XXV (Act XXV. of 2023)
Employers covered by the Act are required to establish and operate an internal whistleblowing system. The purpose of the legislation is to create a system, which can be anonymous, where employees and business partners can report irregularities, breaches of law and other miscounducts without retaliation. Any organisation, regardless of its size, including a one-person sole proprietorship, that is subject to Act LIII of 2017 on the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Pmt.), including, but not limited to, the following:

jewellery shops, pawnshops

merchants, if their cash turnover at any time may exceed HUF 3.000.000

dealers or brokers in works of art or antiques

head office service providers
-
insurance companies
-
auditors
-
persons carrying on the activities of accountants, tax consultants, chartered accountants, tax advisers

persons carrying out activities relating to real estate
